Q1. Can I log in with my Google/Apple account? Yes, Suremate supports registration via email as well as third-party login with Google, Facebook, and Microsoft accounts.
Q2. What should I do if I don't receive the verification code? First, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see it, please contact the Suremate support team.
Q3. How can I quickly record a client's information using my voice? Tap the + icon in the bottom-right corner of the main screen and simply speak the client's information. Our AI will automatically transcribe it and save the record.
Q4. Can I upload images or screenshots? Yes, Suremate supports screenshots and photos (JPG/PNG). The AI will automatically identify key information and file it for you.
Q5. What file formats are supported? Currently, we support JPG and PNG images, as well as voice recordings.
Q6. What if the information in my image or voice recording isn't recognized correctly? You can manually edit the content of the record. The system will remember your corrections and continuously improve its recognition accuracy.
Q7. How can I quickly search my past notes? Click “Ask AI”, then click the blue + button right bottom corner, then enter the keyword or question, the system will instantly display relevant records.
Q8. How long will my data be saved by the system? Your data is securely stored in the cloud and you can access it at any time. Your data will not expire unless you actively delete your account.
Q9. How do I set a birthday or meeting reminder? When you add a voice, image, or text note containing relevant information, the AI will automatically recognize it and create a reminder for you.

Q12. Do beta users need to pay? No. During the beta testing period, you can use all features for free.
Q13. What happens after the trial period ends? After the official launch, beta users will receive an extended free trial and a subscription discount.
Q14. How do I upgrade or cancel my subscription? You can upgrade or cancel your subscription in Account Settings → Subscription Management. Once you cancel, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but you can continue to use the service for the remainder of your paid-for period.
